Platform Usage Guidelines

1Member Eligibility

To register and use the api33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
• Not previously blacklisted or banned from the api33 platform or any related platforms.
• Not acting as a representative or agent on behalf of any third party while using the platform.

Api33 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure. api33's decision regarding member eligibility is final.

2Registration & Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active api33 account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Inaccurate information may cause issues during the identity verification (KYC) process and may delay or prevent your withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential at all times.
• Ensure that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
• Notify api33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your personal information should any changes occur.

Api33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your own account login credentials.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

Api33 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider. api33 does not charge any fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply certain charges.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to availability.
• Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on the selected payment method.

• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Spreading false or misleading information about api33 or its services.
• Any form of cooperation or collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your true location in order to bypass applicable geo-restrictions.
• Assisting third parties in gaining access to the platform in a manner that violates these terms.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. api33 reserves the right to determine the appropriate action at management's sole discretion.

Api33 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
